Guideline prices in PLN (gross). Every order is priced individually, depending on specialisation and deadline.

Standard translation

Express translation (i.e. within 24 hours) is 100% extra of the basic rate for sworn or non-sworn translation, respectively.

Sworn translation

One page consists of 1125 characters (including spaces). Hand-written and/or hardly legible documents account for extra 25% of the basic cost.

Cooperation rules

Rules of cooperation with the bureau

§ 1   General provisions

  1. The bureau undertakes translation in accordance with the price list unless otherwise stipulated.
  2. In non-regulated issues, the common regulations of the law are legally binding.

§ 2   Conditions of co-operation regarding translation

  1. A standard page accounts for 1500 characters including spaces; payment depends on the number of characters of the target text (Word Programme).
  2. In sworn translation, a page accounts for 1125 characters with spaces; each additional sign constitutes the next page.
  3. The minimum charge is one page of translated document.
  4. Deadlines are settled individually each time; translation within 24 hours is considered express.
  5. Sworn translation includes a paper printout (1 copy); additional sworn copies are charged extra.
  6. When delivered by fax, e-mail or courier, the bureau holds no responsibility for delays that are not its fault.
  7. The bureau reserves the right to refuse to accept (non-)sworn translation or interpreting.
  8. The activities of sworn translators are regulated by the Minister of Justice.

§ 3   Fees and cost coverage

  1. The Client must check all data on the provided document before paying for the service.
  2. Compensation for any losses related to the translation is limited to the net amount due for standard translation by the bureau.
  3. A 23% VAT is not added to the translation/interpreting.
  4. The Client pays for the service the same day the translation is delivered unless stipulated otherwise.
  5. If translation/interpreting has started and the Client abandons the order, they pay the total amount settled by the bureau.

§ 4   For translation/interpreting with a particularly high level of difficulty (specialist texts), Clients are requested to provide sources of professional terminology/glossary and/or consultation with a specialist.
